This banquet course features Sendai's winter specialty, "Seri Nabe" (Japanese parsley hot pot), as the main dish, along with plenty of other delicious snacks to enjoy with your drinks, such as our proudly served thick-cut sashimi and monkfish liver with ponzu sauce! Please enjoy this exquisite hot pot, a perfect combination of crisp Japanese parsley, Sendai fu (wheat gluten) that soaks up the broth, and flavorful chicken.Furthermore, it includes a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option (last order 15 minutes before closing) featuring draft beer and 7 carefully selected sake varieties from the Tohoku region!
